Position: AP Specialist
Compensation: $54,000 – $56,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Specialist to join their team!

You’ll be working on-site at their headquarters in the Tulsa area, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review and verify vendor invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Prepare and process payments
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Analyze workflow processes
- Process EDI transactions
- Communicate errors to appropriate personnel
- Fill in for roles during absences
- Oversee work of team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software
- Ability to analyze payable data
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Associate or bachelor degree in accounting
- Resourceful mindset
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to continuing education
- Experience with ERP systems
