Position: Technical Sales Engineer
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a vital role in sustaining and growing the business. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical and business representative for a defined customer base, aligning customer needs with comprehensive product solutions. This role offers an exciting blend of technical expertise and customer engagement, perfect for those looking to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Foster long-term relationships with direct accounts and partners
- Act as the primary technical expert for assigned customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Educate channel partners and customers on product value
- Address and resolve technical issues effectively
- Support trade shows and industry events as a technical ambassador
- Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking
- Collaborate with Product Management for strategic planning
- Travel up to 50% of the time, including international trips
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent education
- 2 years of experience in account or project management
- Proven success in complex, long-term customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage pricing discussions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in technical environments
- Skilled in presenting product value propositions
- Experience with CRM and customer management tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
