Position: Grievance & Appeals Specialist
Compensation: $19-$20 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Grievance & Appeals Specialist to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll support the Grievances and Appeals department during a critical time. Due to a large project, the team needs talented individuals to ensure continued excellence. This is a hands-on opportunity with the potential to transition into permanent roles. Work in a vibrant downtown office environment, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Log cases and manage documentation efficiently
- Provide support to the Grievances and Appeals department
- Collaborate with team members on various tasks
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain records
- Apply critical thinking to resolve issues
- Adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Handle inquiries and provide solutions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven data entry skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Experience in healthcare or clinic settings
- Familiarity with regulatory environments
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with regulatory guidelines
- Prior role in a support position
- Understanding of grievance and appeals processes
