Position: Solution Architect, Customer Data and Marketing Technology
Compensation: $160,000 – $165,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE Katy, Texas–open to providing relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Define solution architectures for marketing automation and personalization
- Establish target-state architecture for data mastering and activation
- Ensure seamless platform integration across MarTech and AdTech
- Govern identity resolution and consent enforcement
- Architect decisioning frameworks for scalable personalization
- Enable first-party data activation for media networks
- Evaluate platforms and optimize usage and costs
- Recommend new technologies to drive business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate across teams to align roadmaps and deliver solutions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years in customer data or MarTech domains
- Expertise in CDP, CRM, and Customer 360 solutions
- Experience with identity resolution strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency with MarTech/AdTech platforms
- Experience with high-volume data ingestion architectures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Exposure to AI-driven engagement and automation
- Experience with Retail Media Networks
- Skilled in operationalizing ML models
- Experience with GenAI for personalization and automation
