Position: Field Services Engineer
Compensation: $20-$23/hr, depending on experience
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Services Engineer to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft products
- Utilize IT Ticketing System for issue tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems
- Manage Active Directory accounts and passwords
- Set up network and applications for new employees
- Conduct on-call support rotations
- Deliver excellent customer service
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of Desktop Support experience
- Proficiency in Windows 10 & 7
- Experience with Active Directory
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of VMWare
- Experience with Outlook 2010 and Office 2010
