Position: Material Control Specialist
Compensation: $32 – $34 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate material procurement for projects
- Gather material cost and delivery information
- Prepare requisitions for materials and equipment
- Serve as liaison between design, materials management, and construction site
- Monitor progress of equipment and material procurement
- Assist Material Management in expediting project schedules
- Resolve problems associated with material delivery
- Administer material control documents
- Manage vendor drawings and technical data
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 0-2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong material coordination and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and liaison skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project management or procurement
- Knowledge of engineering project cycles
- Familiarity with vendor quotation processes
