Position: IT Operations Manager
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Operations Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee IT infrastructure and service desk operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and lead a team towards operational excellence. The company is seeking a leader who can transition from a hands-on manager to a strategic leader, focusing on people development and operational maturity. This role is open due to the company’s ongoing growth and evolution towards a more strategic leadership model.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead IT infrastructure and service desk teams
- Develop and execute IT strategies
- Provide technical guidance and escalation support
- Empower and support team decision-making
- Oversee network, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity operations
- Manage vendor and contract relationships
- Plan and manage budgets effectively
- Enhance cybersecurity and network modernization
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven management experience in IT operations
- Strong background in infrastructure or networking
- Experience in vendor and contract management
- Ability to balance technical and people leadership
- Strategic mindset with operational execution skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SCADA or industrial control systems
- Broad infrastructure ownership in smaller organizations
- Familiarity with IT/OT integration
