Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist
Compensation: $19 /hour
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!

This role is open to bring fresh talent to the team, focusing on administrative and data entry tasks. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of the operations, offering you a chance to grow and learn in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage workflow queues to update WMS fees
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Provide backup support for business group needs
- Collaborate with management to document processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in financial operations
- Familiarity with wealth management services
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
