Position: Staff Accountant
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!
Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records for a leading energy service provider. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Controller, providing general ledger accounting support across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Prepare weekly billing for multiple entities
- Assist with maintaining fixed asset records
- Support intercompany accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Perform special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting
- Experience with invoicing and billing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Dynamics GP
- Experience with multiple entities or intercompany transactions
