Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Log and receipt incoming invoices for Accounts Payable processing
- Update monthly AP reports for Comptroller's reporting requirements
- Assist with tracking and resolving HMO discrepancies
- Update the asset database with new or decommissioned assets
- Coordinate asset deployment and decommissioning with relevant teams
- Assist with updating the unclaimed property database
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Proficiency in updating financial databases
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Degree in accounting strongly preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with asset management systems
- Familiarity with HMO financial processes
- Background in financial reporting and analysis
