Position: Regional Sales Manager
Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic sales team within the wealth management sector. This role involves overseeing client advisors, driving revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners. The position is open due to expansion needs, offering a chance to make a significant impact in a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Execute sales strategy in assigned markets
- Drive revenue through sales and business development
- Recruit and manage a profitable sales team
- Supervise and coach client advisors
- Develop market staffing and revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements
- Participate in local bank management meetings
- Maintain securities and insurance licenses
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in financial sales or new business development
- 3 years of management experience
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses
- Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Advanced studies in finance, law, or marketing
- Experience in wealth management within banking
- Strong leadership and team development skills
