Position: Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting
Compensation: $146,000 – $201,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Golden, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting to join their team!
This opportunity involves leading the company’s global technical accounting strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and regulatory requirements. The role offers a chance to step into a leadership position where you can make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead global consolidated internal and external financial reporting
- Conduct complex technical accounting research for US GAAP and IFRS
- Establish global accounting standards and policies
- Oversee consolidated global US GAAP audit
- Drive transformation of general accounting functions
- Design global accounting guidance and use of systems/software
- Partner with stakeholders for policy alignment and controls
- Lead and develop the global accounting team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting
- Active Certified Public Accountant license
- Minimum 10 years combined in Public Accounting, Manufacturing Industry, and Global experience
- 3-5+ years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SAP or OneStream
- Manufacturing environment exposure
- Experience in multinational or global organizations

- Interview process includes an initial Microsoft Teams call and onsite panel interview
- Schedule: M-F 8–5, with occasional over time
- Team structure: Reporting to senior management, managing two accounting managers
