Position: Operations Supervisor
Compensation: $140,000 – $165,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations Supervisor to join their team!
Join a leading company in the drilling industry as an Operations Supervisor. This role is critical to optimizing drilling processes for top O&G clients. As a key player, you’ll manage a suite of products, ensuring clients achieve maximum efficiency. This exciting opportunity is open due to team expansion and promises a dynamic work environment with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions
- Configure tools to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with trainers and field teams
- Implement and evaluate tool success
- Analyze drilling performance data
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience
- 4+ years in drilling operations or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools
- Experience with Electronic Data Recorder (EDR) data
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Spotfire or Power BI
- Familiarity with Payson, Totco, or Rigcloud tools
- Participation in engineering societies
- Strong customer service traits
