Position: Field Services Manager
Compensation: $65,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Services Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead service delivery performance in a stable and growing organization. The Field Services Manager will oversee installation and service assurance across diverse markets, ensuring top-tier customer experience and operational efficiency. This role is open due to new headcount needs, due to the company's expansion and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage end-to-end service delivery from order acceptance to closeout
- Lead statewide field execution for installations and repairs
- Oversee contractor/vendor governance and capacity planning
- Implement safety leadership and incident readiness strategies
- Improve unit-economics and cost per activation/service event
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in field services management
- Strong understanding of installation and repair processes
- Experience with contractor/vendor management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in telecom or related industries
- Knowledge of safety and incident management protocols
- Familiarity with FTTH, HFC/coax, copper, and WISP technologies
