Position: Commercial Loan Assistant
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with an expanding, local bank to help find a skilled Commercial Loan Assistant to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented commercial lending professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support a top producing commercial lender with high-volume transactions, helping keep deals moving efficiently from start to finish. If you enjoy being hands-on with loan documentation, financial details, and coordination across multiple parties, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support a commercial lender with daily loan processing tasks
- Review credit memos and loan documentation for accuracy
- Assist with LTV and LTC calculations
- Balance settlement statements and related financial documents
- Coordinate loan documents and closing details
- Help manage a large commercial loan pipeline
- Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the process
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of direct commercial lending assistant experience
- Experience supporting a large book of business
- Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation
- Working knowledge of LTV and LTC
- Experience balancing settlement statements
- Ability to read and interpret credit memos
- Understanding of loan document structure and workflow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior commercial real estate lending experience
- Experience in a fast-paced lender environment
- Familiarity with high-volume loan closings
- Background supporting commercial lenders directly
- Prior banking or financial services experience
