Position: Controller
Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

With a direct report to the CFO, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape, supported by a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervise finance department and staff
- Manage month-end close and general ledger
- Prepare monthly consolidation and financial reporting
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Develop internal accounting controls
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
- Oversee job cost report process
- Maintain state registrations and licenses
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years experience as Assistant Controller or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Strong familiarity with ASC 606, ASC 842
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
- Self-starter with organizational skills
- Leadership skills and teamwork ability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Big 4 CPA Audit experience
- Experience with W Energy, LeaseQuery, SmartSheets
- Knowledge of federal and state grants
