Position: Sales Support Specialist & Office Manager
Compensation: $20 – $25 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales Support Specialist & Office Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a professional environment
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Coordinate internal communications and company events
- Serve as the primary contact for visitors and incoming calls
- Provide support to inside and outside sales teams
- Prepare and process sales quotes and purchase orders
- Communicate with customers regarding order status
- Assist with bid preparation and proposal documentation
- Support coordination between sales, production, and shipping
- Develop and maintain efficient office and sales processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in office management or sales support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
