Position: Medical Data Entry Specialist
Compensation: $41,600 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Medical Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow between systems, helping healthcare professionals focus more on patient care. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor data transfers between systems
- Investigate and resolve data issues
- Perform quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with team members on operational issues
- Learn and utilize company software and EMR systems
- Review patient charts for issue resolution
- Support new client implementations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with medical software or EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently post-training
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Home healthcare experience
- Familiarity with Homecare Homebase or similar platforms
- Naturally curious mindset
- Technical background
