Position: Project Coordinator
Compensation: $ 55,000 – 65,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with estimating department for job setup
- Set up new jobs/projects in ERP system
- Create and validate project submittals
- Track and enter change orders
- Oversee travel arrangements and manage per diem
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients
- Manage security access badges for project sites
- Proactively prepare and file critical documentation
- Support efforts with OCIP/CCIP
- Material tracking and other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous administration experience in construction environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office products
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Vista Viewpoint experience
