Position: IT Service Desk Supervisor
Compensation: $132,000 – $163,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with an established energy company to help find a skilled IT Service Desk Supervisor to join their team!
Join a dynamic organization focused on delivering exceptional IT support and service excellence. This role involves leading a team, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring high-touch customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and develop service desk team members.
- Ensure high-touch, white-glove customer service standards.
- Serve as escalation point for complex service issues.
- Oversee and improve service desk processes and documentation.
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Monitor service desk performance
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years in IT support environment.
- Experience in IT leadership roles.
- Proficient in Windows, Dell hardware, and Apple iPhone.
- Experience with Active Directory and ITSM Ticketing tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with conference room and AV systems.
- Knowledge of Azure AD and InTune.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

- In-office required 4 days a week.
