Position: Computer Support Specialist
Compensation: $ 25 – 30 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Boulder, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical support via phone and in-person
- Troubleshoot Windows systems and applications
- Manage Active Directory tasks efficiently
- Handle support tickets promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team to resolve complex issues
- Maintain documentation of support processes
- Assist in system upgrades and installations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of technical support experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory management
- Strong skills in Windows troubleshooting
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple support tickets daily
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in hybrid work environments
- Knowledge of network infrastructure
- Familiarity with remote support tools
