Position: Plant Controller
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Controller to join their team!
This is a high-visibility opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys being close to operations and making an impact. You’ll support a frozen dough manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership and the CFO on pricing, variance analysis, and financial decision-making. The role opened after a recent turnover, creating a chance to step into a visible position with room to add value right away.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support plant financial operations and reporting
- Analyze pricing, variance, and cost performance
- Partner with plant and finance leadership on key decisions
- Provide clear financial insights to support operations
- Maintain accuracy in financial data and reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional plant teams
- Contribute to process improvement and financial visibility
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong background in pricing and variance analysis
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Comfort working in a highly visible role
- Ability to work onsite full time
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous plant controller experience
- Background in frozen food or food manufacturing
- Experience supporting CFO-level leadership
- Exposure to cost accounting processes
- Experience improving reporting accuracy or efficiency
Perks & Benefits:
- Annual bonus opportunity of 4% to 5%
