Position: Fraud Analyst
Compensation: $22 – $25 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Fraud Analyst to join their team!
Join a dynamic fraud team dedicated to monitoring sales and managing disputes. This role offers the chance to dive into analytical work, reporting, and data entry. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage high-risk orders using the tool “Kount”
- Compile dispute packets for chargebacks and fraud issues
- Gather details from customers, banks, or credit unions
- Monitor spending patterns and repeated charges
- Manage rules and compile reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Math, Finance, Computer Science, or MIS
- Basic Word & Excel experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Detail-oriented problem solver
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Pivot Table experience
- Retail or distribution operations experience
- Energetic and quick learner

- In-office schedule Monday-Friday, no remote work allowed
