Position: Operations Auditor
Compensation: $ 50,000 – $ 55,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations Auditor to join their team!
Join a dynamic team focused on ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. The role has opened to find someone who can handle high volumes, identify discrepancies, and communicate effectively over the phone.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process audit requests to ensure regulatory adherence
- Manage ticket distribution efficiently
- Provide support across multiple communication channels
- Maintain roster and statistical data entry
- Conduct policy reviews for regulatory alignment
- Create and maintain departmental processes
- Offer training support for clients
- Ensure accuracy in data and processes
- Collaborate with teams to support audit execution
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables & v-lookups
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technologies
- Understanding of process-driven work environments
- Ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies
- Sound judgment in task completion
- Technical proficiency with data tools and platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AI-driven tools and automation platforms
- Familiarity with client and regulatory requirements
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
