Position: Medical Claims Specialist
Compensation: $18 – $20 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Medical Claims Specialist to join their team!
This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working through complex processes and improving accuracy. You’ll support testing efforts for a new QNXT system, helping ensure member benefits, provider contract processing, and workflow procedures operate correctly. This role offers a strong chance to make an impact on an important transition project.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review claims-related processes for accuracy.
- Support testing in the QNXT system.
- Verify member benefits are processed correctly.
- Check provider contract handling for accuracy.
- Identify issues and report process gaps.
- Switch between tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation during testing.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Claims experience or a medical background.
- Testing experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with QNXT.
- Prior benefits processing knowledge.
- Exposure to provider contract workflows.
- Background in healthcare operations.
