Position: Cloud Platform Developer
Compensation: $65 – 80 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cloud Platform Developer to join their team!
This is a hands-on opportunity to support a growing Cloud Platform team within a large engineering and construction environment. You’ll help build the automation and deployment foundation behind critical cloud initiatives, with a strong focus on CI/CD, containers, Terraform, and scalable platform practices. The team is actively modernizing its pipeline approach, so this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact on meaningful infrastructure work.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines from scratch
- Develop containerized deployment workflows
- Support cloud platform automation and infrastructure delivery
- Implement Terraform-based infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate on platform engineering best practices
- Help modernize pipeline processes using Harness
- Support identity and access management needs
- Contribute to DevOps initiatives across the team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of Azure experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch
- Hands-on Terraform experience
- Experience with IAM, service accounts, or PAM
- Solid DevOps background and technical fundamentals
- Experience supporting both DevOps and platform work
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Harness experience
- Experience with Confluent or Kafka
- Familiarity with cloud pipeline migrations
