Position: Cybersecurity Supervisor / Manager
Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cybersecurity Supervisor / Manager to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on cybersecurity leader who enjoys guiding day-to-day operations, strengthening security processes, and supporting a collaborative team. You’ll step into a role with real ownership, visible impact, and the chance to help shape how security operations run across the business.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead daily cybersecurity operations and team activities
- Monitor alerts and oversee SIEM activity
- Manage incidents and support ongoing response efforts
- Optimize security processes and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and platform enhancements
- Support training and awareness initiatives, including phishing testing
- Coordinate projects and priorities across the cybersecurity team
- Work closely with business and operations partners
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience leading cybersecurity staff
- Strong background in cybersecurity operations
- Experience with SIEM monitoring and alert management
- Ability to manage incidents and operational priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with CrowdStrike or similar endpoint tools
- Experience with Rapid7 or similar security platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Entra or similar identity tools
- Experience with Proofpoint or similar email security tools
- Oil and gas industry experience
- IT/OT understanding
- Experience partnering with operations teams

Other Information:
- Open to direct hire or contract-to-hire
- Hybrid schedule with onsite presence expected
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No official on-call, though after-hours needs may arise
- Interview process includes 2-3 rounds
- Background and drug screening required
- Role was opened as a backfill after being vacant
- Team currently includes three direct reports
- Opportunity may grow as the team expands
- Client is looking to fill the role quickly, with flexibility for the right candidate
