Position: Financial Analyst
Compensation: $84,000 – $92,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys turning data into clear business insights. In this role, you’ll support financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making in a collaborative environment with a stable schedule and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Track performance against budget and projections
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Review trends and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with internal teams on financial questions
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in financial analysis or a related finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Edmond, Oklahoma
- Comfort working standard business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Proficiency with financial data and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate findings clearly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Exposure to incentive or bonus reporting
- Background in lending or financial services
- Advanced Excel or reporting tool experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
