Position: HR Generalist
Compensation: $ 60000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Generalist to join their team!
This is a brand-new opportunity created to support a growing HR function with a strong mix of day-to-day employee support and recruiting involvement. The ideal candidate will help strengthen benefits administration, 401(k) coordination, and early career recruiting efforts, while also contributing to career fair planning and site enrollment support. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support daily HR operations and employee-related inquiries
- Assist with benefits administration and 401(k) coordination
- Help manage early career recruiting efforts
- Coordinate and support career fair participation
- Assist with enrollment kickoff activities at multiple sites
- Partner with HR leadership on general administrative tasks
- Contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-8 years of HR experience
- Experience supporting benefits administration
- Exposure to 401(k) processes
- Experience with recruiting coordination
- Ability to support career fair activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with early career recruiting
- Background supporting enrollment events
- Comfort working across multiple locations
- Exposure to generalist HR functions
- Experience in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
