Position: Senior Network Engineer
Compensation: $60 – 65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: North Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Network Engineer (Wireless focus) to join their team!
This is a strong contract opportunity to support a busy network team through critical infrastructure upgrades and ongoing projects. You’ll step into a senior-level role within a Cisco-focused environment, helping maintain and optimize enterprise wireless operations while contributing to future wireless initiatives once the upgrade work is complete.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and execute wireless infrastructure upgrades
- Configure and maintain Cisco wireless LAN controllers and access points
- Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming, and RF performance issues
- Maintain stable and secure network performance
- Collaborate with a smaller network team on wireless initiatives
- Help document wireless standards and procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of network engineering experience
- Deep Cisco wireless networking experience
- Hands on experience with Cisco wireless LAN Controllers
