Position: Recruiter
Compensation: $23 – 26 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented recruiting professional who enjoys managing a steady pipeline and keeping processes moving. In this contract role, you’ll support hiring efforts for multiple open positions while helping create a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage recruiting activity across multiple open requisitions
- Coordinate and support hiring workflows from start to finish
- Review candidate information for role alignment
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records and hiring documentation
- Support scheduling and follow-up tasks as needed
- Partner with internal stakeholders to move roles forward
- Handle high-volume, detail-focused administrative recruiting work
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, task-driven environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle repetitive work with consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Experience working with government or public-sector hiring
