Position: Reporting and Control Senior Analyst
Compensation: $100000 – $115000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Reporting and Control Senior Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning month-end reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting high-impact accounting operations. You’ll play a key role in financial close activities, audit support, tax coordination, and process improvement while helping keep reporting accurate, timely, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Post journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
- Track and report balance sheet KPIs.
- Support external audit and internal control reviews.
- Assist with tax, payroll, and insurance administration.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Review intercompany invoices and internal allocations.
- Support corporate governance documentation and compliance.
- Identify process improvements through data and automation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Background in reconciliations and journal entries.
- Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with Tagetik.
- Strong Excel modeling skills.
- Experience with IFRS reporting.
- Public reporting experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Background in consolidations reporting.
