Position: Data Analyst
Compensation: $ 100000 – 120000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Analyst to join their team!
This is a hands-on opportunity for a data-focused professional who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will support critical data processing and reporting functions, help improve existing systems, and build dashboards and reports that make a real impact on daily operations. The position is open due to a team member moving on, creating an immediate need for someone who can step in and contribute quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze data and create reports that support business decisions
- Build dashboards and visualizations used by internal teams and customers
- Support data intake, processing, and error resolution workflows
- Maintain and improve existing systems and reporting tools
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and help resolve data or system problems
- Document processes, specifications, and user guidance
- Collaborate with technical teams on system and database needs
- Assist with testing, implementation, and ongoing support
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of related experience in data analysis or application support
- Experience with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures
- Strong data visualization and dashboard-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Visual Studio, C#, SAS, and Visio
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with crop insurance data or systems
- Familiarity with Crop-Hail processing environments
- Knowledge of Multiple Peril crop insurance
- Experience with database and system design tools
- Background in legacy code modernization
- Experience creating automated reporting tools
