Position: Classified Security Officer
Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Classified Security Officer to join their team!
This is a unique opportunity to step into a hybrid security leadership role supporting highly sensitive programs and environments. You’ll help shape security operations across personnel, physical, and cyber domains while working closely with internal teams and government stakeholders to keep mission-critical programs compliant and protected.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage SCI and SAP security requirements across programs and facilities
- Oversee personnel security actions, access, and continuous monitoring
- Maintain security procedures, checklists, and program documentation
- Deliver security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training
- Control classified materials, storage, transmission, and destruction
- Lead self-inspections and support external security assessments
- Oversee RMF compliance and classified system security documentation
- Track vulnerabilities, incidents, and POA&M remediation efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams on integrated security requirements
- Support investigations and corrective actions for security incidents
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in industrial security, cybersecurity, or combined security roles
- Experience supporting classified, SCI, or SAP environments
- Background in government contracting or DCSA-supported environments
- Strong knowledge of NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117
- Experience with RMF, SSPs, control traceability, and continuous monitoring
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Ability to obtain SAP access and polygraph eligibility
- Experience leading security efforts or supervising others
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CISSP, Security+, or other DoD 8570/8140 certifications
- Knowledge of ICD 705 and SAP security directives
- Familiarity with NIST, CNSSI, and DoD IA policies
- Experience with eMASS, STIGs, and vulnerability management tools
- Prior work in a dual-hatted CSSO and ISSM-style role
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
