Position: Senior Digital Marketing Full Stack Developer
Compensation: $42 – $46 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Full Stack Developer to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on developer who enjoys building, improving, and scaling digital experiences. You’ll step into a critical role supporting a growing marketing organization, where your work will directly influence websites, integrations, and long-term digital architecture. With a strong backlog of projects already in motion, this position offers immediate ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape a more efficient and consistent development environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and enhance custom WordPress functionality
- Build integrations and APIs across digital platforms
- Review existing sites for optimization opportunities
- Support new development projects from backlog
- Help standardize digital assets across multiple websites
- Recommend scalable technical improvements
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams
- Maintain strong development practices and code quality
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong WordPress development experience
- Experience building custom solutions, not just maintaining sites
- Backend development experience preferred
- Experience with databases, integrations, and APIs
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong problem-solving and solution evaluation skills
- Experience improving website performance and scalability
