Position: Accountant

Compensation: $28 – $31 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional to support a well-established organization in a hands-on, long-term need contract role. You’ll contribute to day-to-day accounting operations, help keep financial records accurate, and play an important part in maintaining smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Look over invoices and check for accuracy in coding
• Reconcile accounts and investigate variances
• Prepare routine financial reports and summaries
• Support billing, payables, or receivables as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Accounting experience in a professional environment
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with reconciliations and financial recordkeeping
• Ability to work accurately with detailed data
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
