Position: Branch Manager
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a growing, local bank to help find a skilled Branch Manager to join their team!
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small, established branch with a strong local customer base. The role focuses on retail banking operations, team leadership, and delivering a high level of customer service. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on branch management and taking ownership of day-to-day branch success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead daily branch operations and staff support
- Manage tellers and frontline banking activities
- Oversee new account opening processes
- Deliver strong customer service and relationship support
- Ensure smooth retail banking operations
- Maintain an efficient, service-focused branch environment
- Support branch performance and local customer needs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience managing tellers or branch staff
- Background in retail banking
- Experience opening new accounts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Pryor
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous branch management experience
- Lending experience
- Experience in a community banking environment
- Familiarity with small-branch operations
