Position: Sr Account Operations Manager
Compensation: $72,000 – $76,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr Account Operations Manager to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for an operations leader who enjoys driving performance, improving processes, and keeping day-to-day service delivery running smoothly. In this role, you’ll take ownership of account operations, support a fast-paced warehouse environment, and help ensure client expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead daily account operations and service delivery
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed
- Manage budget, expenses, and financial reporting
- Drive profitability through effective communication
- Train, develop, and motivate team members
- Support client standards and service agreement execution
- Track operational issues and follow through on open items
- Inspect warehouse freight and maintain operational oversight
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Seven or more years of related experience
- Six or more years of industry experience
- Five or more years of supervisory experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Professional certification in a relevant area
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Familiarity with web-based job-specific software
- Background in coaching and employee development
