Position: IT Support Technician
Compensation: $20+ an hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, OK – On-site
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting users across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll provide both helpdesk and desktop support while helping maintain day-to-day technology operations. If you’re looking for a contract opportunity with potential to extend or convert, this could be a strong next step.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues.
- Support Active Directory tasks and access needs.
- Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones.
- Deliver helpdesk and desktop support across multiple offices.
- Resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist with basic system administration tasks.
- Support users through remote and on-site troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
- Experience working with Active Directory.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with end-user devices.
- Ability to support laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones.
- Basic system administration knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior Level 1 or 2 support experience.
- Experience supporting multiple office locations.
- Exposure to both helpdesk and desktop support environments.
- Experience in a fast-paced contract environment.
