Position: Workday Analyst
Compensation: $52 – 60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity for a Workday professional who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional environment. You’ll support key Workday initiatives across Financials, Security Administration, Integrations, and Reporting, helping strengthen system performance, compliance, and day-to-day operations. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and improving business processes, this role offers a strong opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support Workday HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning modules.
- Configure and maintain security roles and business process policies.
- Manage integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday.
- Assist with testing, releases, and enhancement deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live stabilization.
- Document configurations, integrations, and security procedures.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Support data conversion and migration activities.
- Help ensure secure, compliant access across Workday environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules.
- 2+ years of Workday security administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Report Writer.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes.
- Experience supporting configuration and release testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations.
- Experience with Prism Analytics.
- Exposure to Adaptive Planning or Strategic Sourcing.
- Experience with SSO, MFA, or environment-based access controls.
- Background supporting compliance or audit documentation.
