Position: Supply Chain Analyst
Compensation: $ 34 – 36 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly created role and make an immediate impact on a growing supply chain team. You will support planning, logistics, inventory, and production scheduling while partnering closely with operations to improve efficiency and keep materials flowing. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role offers a strong chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support logistics planning and shipment coordination across multiple transport modes
- Track inventory levels and help optimize raw material and finished goods
- Assist with production scheduling and schedule adherence
- Analyze supplier performance and support procurement decisions
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership review
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues
- Monitor compliance requirements tied to chemical handling and transport
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Three or more years of supply chain or operations planning experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments
- ERP or MRP system experience, such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into action
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- APICS or CSCP certification
- Power BI or similar analytics platform experience
- VBA experience
- Statistical forecasting model experience
- Lean or Six Sigma project experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, or DOT requirements
- Experience with hazardous materials logistics
