Position: Manager of Enterprise Architecture
Compensation: $106,000 – $143,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Enterprise Architecture to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic technology leader who enjoys shaping enterprise direction, improving business processes, and guiding architecture across a complex organization. You’ll work closely with business leaders, development teams, innovation partners, and vendors to help define scalable solutions that drive measurable value.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Define and maintain enterprise software architecture strategy and roadmap
- Establish standards, patterns, and governance processes
- Lead architectural reviews and technology decisions
- Partner with business leaders on process improvement opportunities
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and automation use cases
- Guide vendor evaluations and proof-of-concept assessments
- Lead and mentor a team of senior architects
- Support solution design for ERP, integrations, cloud, and custom applications
- Promote security, scalability, maintainability, and reusability
- Balance governance with delivery speed and business needs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture
- 5+ years leading architects or technical leaders
- Experience across complex enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud, integrations, and data architecture
- Experience influencing stakeholders across business functions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Power Platform or Dynamics 365 experience
- Microsoft Fabric or GitHub experience
- Copilot Studio or AI services exposure
- Experience with automation or low-code solutions
- Construction, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience
- Architecture, cloud, agile, or project management certifications
