Technical Knowledge & Skills Preferred
- Exposure to workflow or automation tools (e.g., Decisions, RPA UiPath)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar
- Experience supporting testing/UAT
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business teams to analyze, document, and improve processes from end to end
- Shadow users, ask the right questions, and map current-state workflows
- Translate business needs into future-state solutions, including workflows, forms, and system designs
- Build and implement workflow applications using the Decisions® automation platform*, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and other automation tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to design, test, and launch solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation
- Manage multiple projects while balancing priorities and timelines
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
