Position: Senior Asset Management Analyst
Compensation: $45 – $53 /hour, depending on experience
Location: North Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Asset Management Analyst to join their team!
This is a high-impact contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced asset management professional who knows ServiceNow inside and out. You’ll step into a hands-on role focused on improving asset processes, strengthening data accuracy, and helping lead day-to-day operations across hardware, software, and vendor management. If you enjoy bringing structure, maturity, and confidence to a program, this role offers a chance to make an immediate difference.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage IT asset records throughout the full lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software tracking in ServiceNow.
- Support purchasing, receiving, tagging, deployment, and retirement.
- Oversee vendor-related asset and licensing activities.
- Improve reporting, workflows, and data quality.
- Help standardize asset management processes and procedures.
- Monitor requests, transfers, replacements, and disposals.
- Partner with internal teams to keep records current.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of IT asset management experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience managing hardware and software assets.
- Background in lifecycle management processes.
- Experience with vendor management and licensing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to operate in a fully onsite environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience improving or maturing asset management programs.
- Background in reporting and asset data cleanup.
- Familiarity with both hardware and software asset workflows.
