Position: Senior IT Asset Management Analyst
Compensation: $45 – $53 /hour, depending on experience
Location: North Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior IT Asset Management Analyst to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on IT asset management professional who knows ServiceNow inside and out. You’ll step into a high-impact role supporting asset lifecycle activities, improving data accuracy, and helping strengthen day-to-day operations. The team needs someone who can bring structure, confidence, and practical expertise to an established environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage IT assets throughout the full lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow.
- Oversee hardware and software tracking activities.
- Support reporting, requests, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate vendor management tasks and communications.
- Improve data quality and asset categorization.
- Help standardize asset processes and workflows.
- Support purchasing, receiving, deployment, and retirement.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of IT asset management experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience managing hardware and software assets.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle processes.
- Experience with vendor, licensing, or contract management.
- Ability to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Confidence working independently in a senior-level role.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Background in hardware asset management.
- Experience modernizing or maturing asset programs.
- Familiarity with purchasing and inventory workflows.
- Experience collaborating across IT teams.
