Position: Mortgage Servicing Transfer Coordinator
Compensation: $48,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Mortgage Servicing Transfer Coordinator to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping complex processes moving, organizing critical documentation, and supporting high-volume transactions from start to finish. In this role, you’ll help manage mortgage servicing transfer activities, ensure accuracy across data and contracts, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where detail and coordination truly matter.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate due diligence materials for potential acquisitions
- Track milestones, deadlines, and compliance requirements
- Review data for accuracy and identify gaps or risks
- Support reporting, workflow, and process improvement efforts
- Communicate transfer updates with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with issue resolution throughout the acquisition lifecycle
- Help ensure loan data is onboarded accurately and efficiently
- Support funding events, legal documents, and management sign-offs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of mortgage servicing, project coordination, or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret contracts and determine next steps
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently through challenges
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with servicing transfer reporting
- Background supporting contract management
- Process improvement or workflow enhancement experience
- Exposure to cross-functional project coordination
- Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
