Position: Finance Associate
Compensation: $0, Final salary will be based on relevant experience and qualifications
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Finance Associate to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who wants real ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to influence acquisition decisions from day one. You’ll work alongside the deal team on acquisitions, build financial models, and support analysis that helps shape growth strategy in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain acquisition underwriting and valuation models
- Perform cash flow, returns, and sensitivity analyses
- Support due diligence through data review and financial analysis
- Prepare investment presentations and decision-ready materials
- Partner on post-close integration and performance tracking
- Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses for internal stakeholders
- Support sourcing efforts and firm-wide projects as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of direct experience
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience working with large datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
