Position: Finance Associate
Compensation: $ 120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Finance Associate to join their team!
This is a high-visibility opportunity for a finance professional who wants real ownership and direct exposure to deal activity. You’ll work closely with the investment team on acquisitions, helping evaluate opportunities, build models, and support decisions that shape future growth. If you enjoy fast-paced work, meaningful responsibility, and a seat at the table, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisition opportunities
- Perform valuation, returns, and cash flow analysis
- Run sensitivity and stress testing on key assumptions
- Prepare investment presentations and decision-ready materials
- Support due diligence reviews and financial statement analysis
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for leadership
- Partner on post-close integration and performance tracking
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses for internal stakeholders
- Support sourcing efforts and firm-wide projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, banking, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling skills from scratch
- Ability to audit and analyze complex models
- Experience handling large data sets
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present analysis to senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, or midstream sectors
- Exposure to private equity deal processes
- Experience with sponsor reporting or M&A support
- Acquisition underwriting experience
- Asset-level cash flow modeling experience
- Reserve-based analysis experience
