Position: Senior Finance Associate
Compensation: $ 150000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Finance Associate to join their team!
This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll support corporate finance initiatives across modeling, strategic planning, financing execution, and credit agreement compliance. You’ll have direct exposure to executive-level decision-making and the chance to influence capital structure strategy, liquidity planning, and long-range financial planning.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and enhance corporate financial models.
- Run scenario and sensitivity analysis for key assumptions.
- Evaluate debt and equity financing alternatives.
- Support liquidity, leverage, and covenant headroom analysis.
- Lead long-range planning and capital allocation support.
- Prepare board, lender, and investor materials.
- Coordinate financing transaction workstreams and diligence.
- Support covenant calculations and compliance deliverables.
- Review borrowing base and reporting outputs.
- Mentor and guide corporate finance analysts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant finance experience.
- Experience in corporate banking, leveraged finance, or energy finance.
- Direct exposure to debt or equity transactions.
- Advanced three-statement and capital structure modeling skills.
- Expert-level Excel proficiency.
- Working knowledge of credit agreements and covenant structures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex workstreams independently.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Upstream or midstream oil and gas financing experience.
- Experience supporting A&D transactions.
- Familiarity with reserve-based lending facilities.
- Knowledge of high-yield debt and structured finance.
- Experience working with lenders or rating agencies.
- Background preparing board-level materials.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
