Position: Field Service Tech
Compensation: $60,000 – $94,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Tech to join their team!
This is an exciting direct hire opportunity for a hands-on service professional who enjoys solving problems in the field and supporting customers with high-quality HVAC and refrigeration systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing specialized equipment while working closely with internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Travel to customer sites to service HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot system issues by phone, email, and in person
- Startup and tune refrigeration systems
- Perform routine and complex field service tasks
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Support warranty reviews and service-related adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Recommend improvements to products and service processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year of related HVAC or refrigeration experience
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Ability to travel frequently for field service work
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA certification preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Refrigeration system experience
- Associate’s degree or technical school training
- Experience with customer service and service resolution
- Knowledge of HVAC components and controls
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Experience in manufacturing environments

Other Information:
- Travel may be required three to four weeks per month
- Role includes office, factory, lab, and job site environments
