Position: IT Program Manager
Compensation: $53 – 63 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Program Manager to join their team!
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced program management professional who enjoys leading complex systems initiatives and keeping multiple workstreams aligned. This role will support a major payroll and HR systems implementation effort, with pre-implementation planning already underway and a long-term path through delivery. You’ll play a key part in organizing stakeholders, translating decisions into payroll impacts, and helping keep the project moving in the right direction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead payroll and finance workstreams for a major systems implementation
- Coordinate meetings, action items, and project timelines
- Partner closely with the HR program manager
- Align SMEs and stakeholders across multiple functions
- Translate system decisions into payroll impacts
- Prepare leadership updates and presentation materials
- Track implementation activities and project progress
- Keep the team organized and focused on milestones
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience supporting system implementation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and moving parts
- Background in payroll, HR, or HRIS implementations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- SAP experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Payroll process knowledge
- Familiarity with enterprise HR and finance systems
